Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with ChibiArts. It forms part of our Terms of Service, it applies to every generator on the site, and we enforce it without exception. Every prompt is screened before it reaches an AI model.

1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses chibiarts.com, the console, and any of the ten generators inside it — whether on the free plan or a paid plan. By using ChibiArts you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
It sits alongside our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and forms part of the Terms. Where this policy is stricter than the Terms, this policy applies.
Last updated: 1 October 2026. Contact: support@chibiarts.com.
2. Content you must not create, upload or share
The following are prohibited across every generator, every style preset, every resolution and every plan:
- Sexual or NSFW content of any kind. No nudity, no pornography, no sexually explicit material, and no sexually suggestive or sexually provocative content. This covers all art styles — photorealistic, illustrated, anime, cartoon and “chibi” output alike. Drawing an adult character in a sexualised way is prohibited just as much as a photorealistic photograph would be. There is no “stylised enough” exception.
- Any sexual content involving minors. Absolutely prohibited, with zero tolerance. This includes any depiction, suggestion, request or implication of a person under 18 in a sexual context — real or fictional, illustrated or photorealistic. We terminate the account and report it to the relevant authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and intimate deepfakes. Do not create, request, upload or distribute intimate or sexualised imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including nudity, sexualised depictions and deepfake composites.
- Face-swap, face-replacement and deepfake output. We do not offer these features, and using the service to produce them is prohibited. ChibiArts is a character-art tool: it restyles the subject you upload, it does not put one person’s face onto another person’s body.
- Real, identifiable people without consent. Do not upload or generate images of other people without their permission.
- Violence, gore, self-harm or terrorism, including content that encourages self-harm or gives instructions for wrongdoing.
- Hate speech, harassment and threats, including content that demeans a person or group because of their identity.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Fraud, impersonation and deceptive content, including fake official documents, deceptive political content, or anything designed to mislead people about who created it or what it depicts.
- Anything that breaks the terms of the AI model providers we route requests to.
3. Activity you must not engage in
- Bypassing content screening. You must not attempt to disable, evade, defeat or work around our prompt screening, including by modifying requests, scripting the API, or rephrasing a prohibited request to slip past the filter.
- Automated or bulk abuse. No scraping at scale, no bulk automated generation, and no reselling or sublicensing access to the service.
- Reverse engineering. You may not reverse engineer the service or use it to build or train a competing product.
- Attacking the service. No probing, scanning, or attempting unauthorised access to our systems or to the AI providers behind them.
- Abusing credits, refunds or chargebacks. No multi-account credit farming, refund abuse, or fraudulent chargebacks.
4. How we enforce this policy
Enforcement is automated and it happens before anything is generated:
- Every prompt is sent to a content-moderation service (the CREEM Moderation API) before it reaches any image or video model.
- A prompt that is not cleared is refused. Nothing is generated, no credits are consumed for that request, and the request never reaches a model.
- Both a “deny” and a softer “flag” verdict block the request. We do not give flagged prompts the benefit of the doubt.
- Screening runs on our own servers. It cannot be switched off, skipped or edited from the browser.
- If the moderation service cannot be reached, we refuse the request rather than generate it (fail closed). A prompt being retried later is fine; unsafe content slipping through a broken filter is not.
- We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we report unlawful content where we are required to by law.
We also conduct our own review of the service from time to time, and we may remove any content or restrict any account as a result.
5. We are an independent interface to third-party models
ChibiArts is an independent product. It provides an interface to third-party AI models — image generation runs on Google’s Nano Banana Pro model and video generation on ByteDance’s Doubao Seedance model, both reached through our own server-side proxy.
We are not affiliated with, and not endorsed by, Google, ByteDance or any other model creator. Their brand names identify the underlying models only. Anything you generate with ChibiArts is generated through our interface and under this policy — the model providers do not review your request, and their names should not be read as a guarantee or an endorsement.
6. Reporting a concern
If you believe content on ChibiArts breaches this policy — including content published to the shared gallery by another user, or an image you believe was generated from your likeness without consent — email support@chibiarts.com with the link or a screenshot and a short description. We aim to reply within three business days, and we act on reports of non-consensual or unlawful imagery immediately.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes or as the law develops. The last-updated date in section 1 always shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the console. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use ChibiArts to make NSFW art?
No. Sexual and NSFW content is prohibited in every generator and in every art style, including “chibi”, cartoon and anime output. Every prompt is screened before it reaches a model, and a prompt that is not cleared is refused.
Do you offer face-swap or deepfakes?
No. ChibiArts does not offer face-swap, face-replacement or deepfake functionality, and using the service to produce that kind of content is prohibited. The chibi generator restyles the subject you upload — it does not graft one person’s face onto another person’s body.
What actually happens if my prompt is refused?
Nothing is generated. Your prompt is not sent to any image or video model, and no credits are consumed for that request. You will see a message telling you the prompt did not pass content screening, and you can rephrase it and try again.
How do I report content that breaks these rules?
Email support@chibiarts.com with the link or a screenshot. We aim to reply within three business days, and we act immediately on reports of non-consensual or unlawful imagery.
